How to cancel your trial or subscription

The easiest way to cancel your trial period or subscription is within the app.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in/open the app.
  2. Click ’More’ in the bottom navigation
  3. Click ’Profile’
  4. Click ’Manage subscription’
  5. Click the link ’Manage subscription’

You will be forwarded to your phone’s settings where you can cancel the trial period/subscription.

Here’s how to cancel your subscription (iPhone):

  1. Open your phone’s ’Setting’
  2. Tap on your account (Apple ID, iCloud, Media & Purchases)
  3. Tap on ’Subscriptions’
  4. Tap on the subscription you want to manage, ’Birds Premium’, among active subscriptions
  5. Tap on ’Cancel Free Trial’ or ’Cancel Subscription’ depending on whether the trial period has ended or not. Done!

Here’s how to cancel your subscription (Android):

  1. Open the Google Play app
  2. Tap on the profile icon in the upper right corner
  3. Tap on ”Subscriptions”
  4. Select the subscription you want to manage, ’Birds Premium’
  5. Tap on ’Cancel Subscription’ (with Android, you also have the option to pause your subscription)
  6. Follow the instructions
